History
We’ve been in the manufacturing business for 80 years. During our first 70 years, we were a general purpose contractor, providing manufacturing and maintenance services to a variety of industries from our headquarters in Oakland, California.
We’ve proudly served organizations throughout the Bay Area ranging from small local businesses to national and international powerhouses like Kraft, Anheuser Busch, and government organizations like the United States Navy. Our diverse history laid the foundation that provides us with the ability to be a world-class partner in the chocolate and coffee industries.
Leadership
Our company is led by our 4th owner, Tom LeClair, and a committed, supporting senior leadership team. Tom's leadership transformed Jerome & Horner from a maintenance and repair company into a full service design & build firm.
