BILL HITCHINGS

Sr. ENGINEER/PROJECT MANAGER

Bill has 40+ years of experience in Mechanical Design and Construction. Bill's early years were shaped by his experiences with Orton Machine Company in San Francisco. 

Orton Machine was a family owned OEM specializing in equipment for the metal and the wood working industries. After graduating in 1980 with an engineering degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Bill left the family business to pursue an engineering career in system design and project management. He is an expert with Food Processing Plant Construction and Facility Layout, and he has specialized experience with dry material handling and storage and dust collection systems.

He is married with two children, and enjoys spending his time with friends and family and traveling outdoors. Bill was a member of SMACNA National Industrial Steering Sub-Committee.
